Healing is actually a creative act of transcendence where we learn to go beyond the chronic stress and unresolvable problems into the solutions by becoming the witness, the one who chooses the path.

Then you can do as the Buddha said, “When you are facing in the right direction, all you need to do is keep on walking. And what is that direction?“ Again the Buddha tells us, “The way is in the heart.”  Become: Engaged with what you love. 

A transformational agent, that shifts difficult emotions and reactivity, compassion, being

resilient, courageous, willing to risk going beyond the known into the known to the unknown. Be

one who surrenders the old life…..to be the co-creator of a sustainable future for all.
